Far Western University was established in 2010 AD through an Act of Parliament as a government-funded institution. Since its inception, FWU has been dedicated to expanding access to higher education in the region. The university now operates 16 constituent campuses across the nine districts of Sudurpaschim Province and 32 affiliated campuses in other provinces of Nepal. Since the establishment of FWU, the Faculty of Management has been playing a leading role in offering undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in management, aiming to produce skilled and competent professionals capable of meeting regional and national development needs.
